We were asked to arrange a short term £600,000 bridge loan for the purchase of a London property whilst finance was arranged for a Buy to Let mortgage. The whole process took less than a week to complete the bridge loan, giving the borrower the time required to arrange alternative finance.
In this particular instance the six months interest and fees were taken at drawdown which allowed managing the loan for the period straight forward.
